$1,000 will be paid for placed candidates with recruitment experience.

$500 will be paid for placed candidates with no recruitment experience.

The following conditions apply

• In order to be eligible for the referral fee you must complete the online form at time of introduction
• The referred candidate must be new to the Scott Recruitment Service’s Database
• The referred candidate has not applied directly to Scott Recruitment Services
• The referral fee will be paid when:

1. The candidate successfully completes their guarantee period
2. The placement invoice has been paid by the client
