Our aim is not only to place you in a role, but also to guide and assist you in your career options. We will do this in a confidential manner that will protect your current situation.

We have been placing Recruiters from the UK, Asia and South Africa, New Zealand and the US and Europe for the last 15 years. We make that major step to relocate countries an easier option with our sound knowledge of the market here in Australia. We can advise you of not only suitable roles, but also the whole visa process. Due to our national presence we can assist you wherever you wish to work in Australia.

  1. We promise that  we will respond to your application within 24 hours.
  2. We promise to only advertise jobs that we have been given permission to present to you by the client.
  3. We commit to not  keeping you waiting more than 5 minutes when you come in to see us for interview.
  4. We commit to making your experience of meeting with us fulfilling and worthwhile by providing the information you need regarding jobs and clients we are representing in an honest and open manner. If we do not have the information to hand we promise to get back to you within 24 hours to provide that information.
  5. We commit that we will not represent you to any client without your permission.
  6. We promise to represent you in  an honest and open manner to our clients, making sure we explain your requirements in the same way.
  7. We promise that we will come back to you within 24 hours of your interview with us to provide feedback from clients, or to give you further information if requested.
  8. We promise to only represent you to clients who have qualified to be on our client list and therefore have passed the SRS qualification of being classified as “a client”.
  9. We promise to give you details of your interviews in plenty of time for you to make necessary arrangements to attend them. With all the necessary information of location and what to expect at  the interview and whom you will meet.
  10. We promise to follow up with you to provide feedback from the client  after the interview if you also will give us the courtesy of  contact  after the interview to give us your feedback.
  11. If you are not interested in the role we will provide that feedback to the client and why.
  12. If you are interested in the role we will do our utmost to enhance your opportunity of progressing to offer stage with the role and the client.
  13. We will negotiate with the client on your behalf in regards to salary, commission structure and entitlements, plus starting date.
  14. We  will follow up after you have started with the client on a monthly basis, which will include at least 2 face to face meetings. This will be for at least the first few months.
  15. During this period we will provide honest and open feedback between you and the client as to your progression in the role.

National & International Sourcing

With our network of offices in Australia we are well placed to source consulting staff and management anywhere they are required.  Again, with our partners in the UK and New Zealand, we are able to source internationally and we have an experienced associate in the UK who conducts interviews for us.

Psychometric Assessment

Scott Recruitment Services understands that organisations often have their own preferences in the Psychometric Assessment tools they utilise. 
However, we can provide psychometric assessment through the Recruitment Consulting Questionnaire (RCQ). This offers the only industry focussed assessment of an individuals suitability for the challenging requirements to be a successful recruitment consultant.
