When making the decision to work with Scott Recruitment, clients have the option of choosing either a Contingent, Retained Exclusive or Retained Search option.

Our substantial database is constantly monitored and updated to facilitate rapid capture of candidate information.  Subsequent sourcing and profile matching ensures skill sets and cultural fit requirements are observed. All candidates are thoroughly reference checked. Psychological Profile Testing geared to the recruitment industry is conducted on all trainee consultants as a matter of course.

National & International Sourcing

With our network of offices in Australia we are well placed to source consulting staff and management anywhere they are required.  Again, with our partners in the UK and New Zealand, we are able to source internationally and we have an experienced associate in the UK who conducts interviews for us.

Psychometric Assessment

Scott Recruitment Services understands that organisations often have their own preferences in the Psychometric Assessment tools they utilise. 
However, we can provide psychometric assessment through the Recruitment Consulting Questionnaire (RCQ). This offers the only industry focussed assessment of an individuals suitability for the challenging requirements to be a successful recruitment consultant.
