Managing Director

Rosemary Scott, FRCSA (Life)

Founder and Managing Director of Scott Recruitment Services, Rosemary Scott's knowledge and expertise in the industry is widely accepted as truly leading-edge by the recruitment consulting profession throughout Australia and New Zealand.

She is a former president of the NSW division of NAPC (now RCSA) and has sat on the National Board. Rosemary has been awarded Honorary Fellowship of the Institute of Personnel Consultants (now the RCSA) in recognition of her service as Australian President and NSW Director. She is also an honorary fellow of the RCSA.

Rosemary has always been a "hands-on" Manager. She originally established her own general recruitment consultancy, Scottstaff, supplying both temporary and permanent office support staff as well as specialising in executive recruitment in Financial Services. After Scottstaff was acquired by an Australian public company in 1987, Rosemary remained in senior management including Executive Recruitment.

In 1992, Rosemary founded Scott Recruitment Services and has maintained her service to the industry by recruiting, training and consulting exclusively to the Recruitment Consulting profession. She now uses that experience and knowledge to also facilitate buying and selling recruitment businesses.

Brisbane

Belinda Beekman

Belinda Beekman has worked in the recruitment industry since 1995, and has been with privately owned boutique firms and large national organizations. Belinda has experience within IT, supply chain and executive recruitment and management roles. She has ran desks in permanent, contract, and executive areas , handling retained assignments.

Belinda commenced her career within the temporary field with a boutique business supplying temporary staffing to the logistic fields and became divisional manager after quickly making this start up business a success. From here Belinda moved into permanent recruitment and after 5 years in this area, became a Branch Manager for another logistics recruitment company where she was responsible for recruiting executive roles and managing staff.

After 10 years in supply chain, Belinda joined a National IT Recruitment company and was responsible for contract and permanent recruitment within the IT arena which was a very successful move.

Belinda strengths lie in people training and development as well as building strong relationships with clients and candidates and brings to the Brisbane team her knowledge and expertise of the local market.

Sydney/Canberra

Deborah Ross

Deborah has worked in the recruitment industry and the human resources sector since 1983.  During this time she has held positions with boutique firms, national companies and global entities.  Deborah’s experience began with running desks in the finance and office support sectors and quickly moved to executive recruitment.

Significant management roles have included a period as General Manager then Managing Director at Forbes Consulting Group, National Manager – Office & Professional Recruitment for Spherion Group and NSW Director for Jones & Koller.

With the breadth of her experience over a large portfolio of sectors, Deborah is familiar with temporary, permanent and contract recruitment, volume recruitment, on-site, managed vendor and master vendor models as well as variety of software systems.

As a committee member for the RCSA, Deborah wrote a number of published articles for the industry magazine and has often been a contributor to recruitment focus groups due to the depth of her experience in the industry.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a graduate certificate in Human Resources. She has also attended a number of international recruitment conferences in the USA and Europe which have added to her professional development.

Perth

Bunty Paramor

Bunty opened the Perth office of Scott Recruitment Services in July 2005.

Following a 30 year career in the recruitment industry, she is well known in the Perth market as a successful and knowledgeable recruiter.
Bunty is a former President of the WA Division of the NAPC (now RCSA) and has sat on the National Board. In 2002 she was awarded the Recruitment Industries 'Excellence in Recruitment' award in recognition of her services to the development of the industry in WA.

She has worked with Australian and international organisations managing Staff Recruitment and Executive Recruitment divisions both in WA and nationally. In 1995 Bunty opened her own business Paramor-The Recruiters. This company was bought by Recruitment Solutions and became part of the Chandler Macleod Group in 2003.

Bunty’s experience includes permanent and contract recruitment from Administration to Senior Executive Search and Placement across a broad range of industries.

Bunty brings to Scott Recruitment Services not only invaluable knowledge of the WA business scene, but also her experience in identifying and understanding the skill sets required to be successful in the competitive world of the recruitment industry today.

Melbourne

Craig Watson

Spending the last 20 years blending his Recruitment, HR and Training skills locally and globally, has afforded Craig the unique opportunity to gain ‘first hand’ experience of recruitment trends and processes across the world.

Craig secured his first commercial recruitment role whilst working in the UK and worked his way up to management within a year.  After 5 years of learning the trade, Craig returned to Australia and worked in management roles with some of the largest Recruitment Consultancies across a variety of industries and roles including; Executive, IT, Accounting and Finance, Office Support, Call Centre and HR.

In 2001 Craig completed his Masters of Professional Education & Training (Human Resource Management).  Using this qualification he began a new career path - combining his recruitment experience with the equally rewarding HR field of career management and training.

Craig realised that by focussing on the career management of candidates and his understanding of the recruitment industry he was a perfect fit for the recruitment-to-recruitment industry and began his own consultancy.

His desire to align himself with an ethical brand, with national reach saw him join Scott Recruitment Services in May 2010 as State Manager.

Craig lives in Melbourne and is married with two young sons.
