2)   Remuneration

We pay commission of 30 % up to 50% once you have achieved your target of  billing 3 times your salary.

Other annual Financial prizes are given, such as the winner of the League Ladder ( i.e. the highest  annual biller apart from Directors) gets a $2,500 prize, which is usually the entry to the RCSA Conference that year.

Annual company conference, where other prizes are awarded such as Employee of the Year, open to all staff members, apart from Directors.

Days off for achieving outstanding results.

A supportive and friendly environment. Where consultants assist each other and work as a team. Both internally and with the other state offices in the group. E.g. quarterly phone hook-ups with interstate offices.

Most offices have internal admin support or resourcing  for their consultants.

A system by which staff can have their say, by way of a staff survey quarterly

Feedback  given from Director’s meetings.

Excellent processes and procedures, in a manual dropbox format. Accessible by all staff.

A  formal induction process in the first week of employment.

 Continuous training  and RCSA/ITCRA event participation to keep abreast of any changes that are occurring in the industry.
